I was looking for a superstar for this project and found one. Peter was digging into my requirements and sending me solid ideas with analysis and computer simulation on his first day. Within the first week, he had 3 prototype solutions to the very difficult core problem. We tested each and found they behaved as he predicted. Peter went above and beyond in other aspects too. For example, when I asked him to define motor requirements, he gave me a spreadsheet that allowed me to easily evaluate variations. I would definitely like to work with Peter again.
