Heat response of a micro valve

A 30 thick steel plate is subjected to an ambient temperature that can go up to 200 °C. This study has been done to quickly find the deformation scale and the stresses that occur due to the expansion of the material. At the highest temperature the material expands and deforms, creating spaces for the air to go through, resulting in a micro temperature controlled valve.
